How MarketZuno Marketing Lab handles information used by its public tools and authenticated workspace.
Effective September 24, 2026The public MarketZuno utilities can be used without creating a Marketing OS account. Standard web-server request information may still be processed for operation, security and troubleshooting.
Information entered into a public utility should not be treated as a secure storage system. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, authentication secrets or other information that does not belong in the requested marketing workflow.
When you use the authenticated Marketing OS, MarketZuno stores account and workspace information needed to provide the features you use. Depending on your activity, that may include profile information, campaigns, contacts, content, CRM records, tasks, automation configuration, SEO planning, social planning and email-planning records.
Workspace data is accessible according to the workspace role assigned to an account.
MarketZuno uses secure session cookies for authenticated access. Passwords are stored using one-way password hashing rather than plaintext. Login-protection records may include a hashed representation of the connecting IP address.
Operational and error logs may be retained when needed to secure, diagnose and operate the service.
The site may store interface preferences in your browser, such as theme settings. Authentication sessions use cookies required for signing in and protecting private workspace routes.
The service maintains operational recovery backups. The current local backup process retains recent database recovery copies for up to 30 days. Operational data may remain in a recovery backup until that backup expires through the normal retention cycle.
MarketZuno may link to websites or services operated by other organizations. A third party's own privacy terms apply once you leave MarketZuno.
Workspace administrators can manage team access. Users can update their own supported account information and password from the authenticated Settings area.
If you no longer want to use the service, avoid adding new information and use the contact route below for an account or privacy-related request.
